Issaquah draws families who want the best of both worlds — strong schools and Highlands neighborhoods on one side, Cougar, Squak and Tiger Mountain trails on the other. That outdoor, health-minded mindset is exactly why so many local parents come to us: they’re looking for care that takes the whole picture seriously, especially when a child’s behavior shifts suddenly or in ways no single specialist can explain. Our integrative lens weighs immune, nutritional and physiological factors right alongside the psychological ones.
Close to the foothills, close to care
Our clinic at 2135 112th Ave NE, Suite 201, Bellevue sits about 15–20 minutes from Issaquah straight up I-90, and virtual appointments across Washington make it easy to fit care around school runs, work and weekend hikes. We practice holistic psychiatry — therapy from licensed medical providers, integrated with nutrition, sleep, stress physiology and the underlying medical factors that often go unexamined.
Support for the whole family
- PANS / PANDAS and sudden, hard-to-explain changes in a child
- Childhood and adult ADHD / ASD support and focus & motivation
- Anxiety & panic and depression & low mood
- Sleep & insomnia, fatigue & brain fog
- Stress & burnout and mood dysregulation
A different answer when specialists disagree
Many Issaquah families arrive after being bounced between providers who each see only their slice. An integrated assessment pulls the whole picture together — psychological, biological and lifestyle — into one coordinated plan. Care is led by Dr. Koichi Tanji, ND, LMHC, an adjunct faculty member with MAPS, and our clinical team.
Insurance & first steps
We’re in-network with major plans including Premera, Regence, BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, Cigna and Kaiser PPO. To begin, book online or call +1 (425) 278-6166.

Telehealth across Issaquah and Washington
Many Issaquah patients split their care between in-person visits at our Bellevue clinic and secure video sessions from home. Your first Biopsych Assessment can be done in person or online, and lab draws can usually be arranged at a lab close to you.
