What is holistic psychiatry?+
Holistic psychiatry treats mental health as biological as well as psychological. We integrate psychotherapy with advanced biological assessment and restoration, looking at inflammation, immune regulation, gut health, nutrition and cellular function, to heal the roots of how you feel, not just the symptoms.
How is Sphosh Health different from regular therapy?+
We go beyond therapy and medications. Alongside psychotherapy, our Biopsych Assessment measures the biological drivers of your mental health, and our Cellular Restoration and restorative therapies help repair them, all in one cohesive model, so nothing is treated in isolation.
What does the first visit involve?+
The first visit is a comprehensive, integrated intake, the start of your Biopsych Assessment, covering your psychological, medical, nutritional and lifestyle picture so we can map the real drivers and build an individualized plan.
How much do visits cost?+
The initial visit is $595 and follow-up visits are $450. We also accept several insurance plans (see below).
Which insurance do you accept?+
We accept Premera, Regence, BlueCross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna and Kaiser PPO. Contact us to confirm coverage for your specific plan.
Do you offer virtual appointments?+
Yes. We offer both in-person appointments at our Bellevue, WA office and virtual visits.
Do I need a diagnosis to book?+
No. You don't need to know what to call it, we begin with how you're feeling and build care from there.
Are the products required?+
No. When appropriate, care may include supportive products that align with your plan, but they are optional and never a substitute for professional treatment.
